Mr. Chen is an expert on technology, international trade, intellectual property and other key business and policy issues with 20 years of high-tech leadership experience. Previously, he was Chief Executive of Siemens Nixdof’s Open Enterprise Computing Division and the only non-German ever to occupy a seat on the Board of Directors of Siemens.
